We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from DodJewels. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. This means you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Customservice.dodjewels@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if your request is approved.
Important Return Conditions:
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or fulfillment error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Personalized or custom-made items.
- Clearance items. All clearance sales are final.

🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, we recommend returning your original item (if eligible) and placing a new order once the return is accepted.
💸 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product or an order fulfillment error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Customservice.dodjewels@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
